This 8-week series will invite an exploration of Qigong strategies for preserving and supporting vitality and well-being in body, mind, and spirit.
We will continue to deepen with Dr. Bian Zhizhong’s Taoist Health Preservation Exercises as a framework for our practice. This beautiful flowing series of movements contains both simple and complex patterns that assist with balancing various aspects of energy to optimize health and connection.
