Qigong for Inner Strength
Qigong is an ancient, in-depth tradition for transforming the body, mind, and spirit. In this course, you will learn The Five Regulations (Wǔ Tiao 五 調). These are specific approaches for Tuning, Adjusting, and Harmonizing the Body, Breath, Qi, Mind, and Shen. Join to learn paradigms, tools, and practices to cultivate connection with your inner landscape. Practices will include acupoint massage, slow meditative movements and forms, breath cultivation, and mind and heart training.
