In Chinese medicine and philosophy, each changing season offers guidance on how to best balance our selves with our environment. As the energy turns inwards for Autumn, we are invited to do the same. This course will invite participants to explore the inner realms of Taoist philosophy through practice. During the 5-week series, Claire will share a balance of meditative, seated Neigong or “inner cultivation” for building qi, as well as flowing, moving Qigong for circulating qi. This balance will support our bodies, minds, and spirits as we deepen into this beautiful autumnal time.
