Qigong for Change
In this 6-week series participants will explore the Yi Jin Jing (The Tendon-Ligament Changing Classic). As we practice the 12-posture standardized Qigong set, we will also learn and apply the principles and methods of the ancient teachings of the Yi Jin Jing. These principles and practices, attributed to Bodhidharma, invite a harder style of Qigong with a connection to internal martial arts. We will delve into the various ways that these principles invite us into deeper relationship with the layers and textures of our body and our being. This series is for people who already have an established Qigong practice and are looking to attune to more refined layers of connection in their practice.
