These in-person outdoor classes will serve as a review and deepening of the full Yi Jin Jing (Tendon/Ligament Changing Classic) qigong form. This form offers a harder style of qigong, and is attributed to Da Mo (Bodhidharma). It demands rigour and focus in order to nourish and strengthen the connective tissues of the body. It involves dynamic postures to invigorate the body and train the mind. Excellent opportunity for furthering the form for those already familiar, and a wonderful introduction to jump in and follow along for those who are new to this form. We will use the Yi Jin Jing as a base for the class and will also explore supplementary qigong exercises. These supplementary exercises will be offered as support and balance as we transition into Autumn.
