A day of training, in-person, under the great cover of sky, on the vibrant earth.
This is a day to deepen, further activate, and balance the Warrior Woman. Classes will challenge our focus, endurance, and co-ordinations through conditioning, forms, and combat drills. There will also be softer moments for integration through qigong, archetype discussion, and sharing circle. And finally, the wonderful opportunity to meet, be together, share nourishment, and enjoy the day on the land.
10am ~ arrivals
10:30am – 12pm ~ morning training
12pm – 1:30pm ~ lunch
1:30 – 3pm ~ afternoon training
3 – 3:30pm ~ refreshment
3:30 – 4:30pm ~ qigong & closing circle
4:30 ~ departures
TRANSPORTATION: carpools will be organized from both Guelph and Toronto/GTA.
WHAT TO BRING:
– sunscreen & hat
– bug/tick spray
– water & water bottle
– comfortable clothing for training (recommend more than one outfit as we will likely get sweaty)
– layers = important in case it’s cooler or hotter and also as an extra protective sun layer
– proper shoes for training (recommend flat, soft-soled shoes/runners or a kung fu style slipper)

Includes all classes/training sessions, a nourishing plant-based lunch, provided by Leslie Brennan, refreshments, a day on the land of the Whole Village Community.
